Houghton Lewis is taking action in the fight against climate change and global warming. 

With the construction industry emitting over 38% of global carbon emissions, we need to look

at ways to be sustainable and support the environment.

It is now common knowledge that one of the best tools to tackle the climate crisis and keep our temperatures from rising above 1.5C is to plant trees. They are also crucial in preventing ecological collapse.

 

As a business we are taking a climate conscious approach for our customers. We have partnered with Ecologi with the aim to minimise the carbon emissions for any project through the planting

of trees.

 

Ecologi is a platform for real climate action.  They facilitate the funding of carbon offset projects and tree planting around the world. Their mission is to remove 50% of global CO2 emissions

by 2040 and responsibly plant billions of trees every year.

 

Ecologi believe that trees are a little bit of magic and so do we.

 

Ecologi works with projects across the globe including the Eden Project Reforestation project

as well as renewable energy projects around the world.
